We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and row-level security policies. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Access to member data is restricted. Only platform administrators can view application answers and membership details, and only for the purpose of operating the platform.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are set by Supabase and are necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

If you submit a sponsorship application, the information you provide — including income range and personal circumstances — is used solely to evaluate your eligibility. This information is reviewed only by Swingology administrators and is not shared with sponsors or other members.

Swingology is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes by posting a notice in the community or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
